| Services Overview My service area is limited to Tsawwassen BC. Service to Ladner and Point Roberts is available, please contact me. Exercise & Walks: Our outings take us to private and public open spaces local off-leash areas, dikes and dog friendly trails. We spend most of our time with a group of dogs of various sizes and ages OFF-LEASH on trails, beaches, or in fields and forested areas with fresh clean running water for playing and cooling off or swimming. We are almost always moving and do not linger in one spot for very long. We average up to 6-9 km (3-5 miles) per day depending on the size, age and temperament of the dogs in the group. High energy and younger dogs tend to double that distance by running back and forth. We are generally out and about between 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and sometimes longer if we have a really fun time and the weather is nice, and I guaranty a minimum of 1 hour. With drop-off /pick-up and drive time of less than 30 minutes to our destination you should expect your dog to be out of the house between 2 to 4 hours depending on weather, and the dynamics of the group that day. My dog and I offer fun, exercise, socialization, personal attention, lots of praise and positive reinforcement and occasionally a healthy treat. *All walks include pick-up, drop-off, and towel dry - for details please click on "Walks & Exercise" Prerequisites for group activities: **be 10 weeks or older, males neutered if older than 6 month, females need not be spayed, but can not accompany the group during heat! **have good temperament and be sociable and able to interact nicely with other dogs of any size **not be food or toy protective to an aggressive degree **be in good health and current on immunizations **have a current dog license **flea protection is highly recommended Leash Walks, for those that can't run with the group - no prerequisites Private Walks, for those that can't join the group - no prerequisites Potty Breaks, for those that need an extra break or medication - no prerequisites My services include Pet Sitting, for all your pets large or small, from dogs and cats to birds, reptiles, fish and amphibians and farm animals. House Sitting, for clients without pets or animals that do not require interaction such as fish; and Home-Boarding for some dogs and cats as a great alternative to boarding, kenneling or having a sitter overnight in your house. **All services include our Communication Log, a small journal where I record the dates and time I provided service, and noteworthy items of the day. It is also a very nice tool for you to leave a quick note for me. |
